WOYWW 156

Morning, And happy 3rd birthday to Julia Over at the Stamping ground the blog is 3, not Julia.
Its that time of the week again, A WOYWW and to celebrate the 3rd b'day there is an ATC swap. Mine is ready to go out and I can not wait to take part in it.
If you have no idea what im talking about, your not the first, but pop over to the Stamping ground and check it all out.
As you can see my desk this week is much the same as last, it just has my new project on it, covered as it is not finished yet, you can also see my new toy, the melting pot, this is great, I'm loving it. and in the back ground you can see a book by one of my fave artists, Mark Ryden, this is actually the 2nd copy of this book, I picked it up cheap so I can cut it up and use the images.
You will see what I'm talking about in my next post.
As always, a big thank you to everyone who pops by and for all the lovely messages.

Enjoy the blog hopping everyone, I will get round as many as I can. mark

Looking forward to seeing your latest project. I wondered how long it would take till you got a melt pot, now I know, not long at all! Have a lovely day.

I think I may be the intended recipient of your ATC :o) if so, if you get in touch please also drop me your address as I did make one for whoever would be sending me one as well as a few others, it's my first go at ATC's though so you may not be too impressed, but at least I gave it a go :o) Happy WoYwW 3rd Anniversary, and here's to many more :o) April #95

  11. Happy WOYWW Anniversary Mark. What a great workspace and you will love the melting pot. It's brilliant for stamping in to and making embellishments with moulds, either made or purchased. Enjoy ! I am now your newest follower so I can pop back to view your crafty creations. I have never made an ATC in 20 years of crafting so must give it a try. .....Annie : )

  13. Hi Mark, yes I would love to swop and ATC. I cannot find your email address but mine is anne.redfern@sky.com, if you let me have your address I will return the email with mine. I have looked at your ATCs and I would honestly love any of them, the one with lace is very nice but any will do. I have got a metal one that I will return. Regards, Anne #33

  22. I believe this is my first visit to your blog. I'm not sure why, because I try to get to lots of desks each week. Sounds like you are having fun with the ATC swap, too. Happy day after WOYWW from #2.

  24. Hi, you left a nice comment at my blog (thank you!)... Funny, I was here on Wednesday and read your post...Thought I had left a comment then, but obviously got distracted (or maybe the internet link failed, it's been a bit iffy this week!).

Anyway, I like your desk (would like to have drawers under my desk!). The melting pot looks cool (in a warm and melty kind of way!) and the Rose project, which I saw above, is lovely. I haven't done anything really "messy" for a while - perhaps it's time I did!

  25. Your desk looks like you have been crafting for many years, instead of just under one or so! I think that shows promising talent right there. ;)
Anyways, I made a slightly more masculine ATC because I heard a few guys joined our almost exclusively girl club of WOYWW, so I was hoping to extend a welcome branch, or leaf...ATC's are pretty small...and you have been chosen to receive it! If you will shoot me an email at: deeyll@hotmail.com with your address I would love to send it out to you, no need to do a swap if you have run out of ATC's, although I saw your metallic one's and they were very cool looking. :)

  26. Apologies for being so late in getting around to visiting you, the Jubilee celebrations are to blame, but finally here. Love your little wall unit - handy but not in the way, leaving plenty of room for other crafting gear like that melting pot. Elizabeth x #94
