Macabre monday at the haunted design house entry

After last weeks surprise success in the macabre Monday haunted design house challenge (thanks to the people that chose me), here is this weeks attempt. the challenge is Long in the tooth. I really struggled as none of the stamps I have at the moment lend them selves to this, Mainly Tim Holtz, I am working on getting more varied and darker stamps ;)

This is an atc that has been altered a little. hopefully it fits the bill.its more of a comic take than anything scary.

    I Love it!!! It's like the posters you see with the mustaches drawn on them, doodles you'd do in your yearbooks :) Great colors. BTW Delicious Doodles and Octopode factory have some great dark stamps (digi)

    Thanks Colleen, I have just got my first 2 octapode stamps but not really teethy. I have not tried digi stamps yet, not sure if I have the set up,the right printer etc I will have to try it soon though as there are some really cool designs.

    Superbly different. I suppose if you were left alone in the room with her and she smiled like that you would realise the wry smile she had all along was that your were going to be dinner! Fabby work once again. Thanks for playing along with Haunted Design House. x

    If you are a fan of rubber, Stampotique has some cool stuff. If you don't mind using digital stamps, Smeared Ink has some dark and gothic stamps as does Strange Skin. There is a store in the UK that still carries Smeared Ink in rubber form...when I find the name of the company I will let you know.

    BTW...cool project! I love what you've done with Mona. I think it's awesome when one takes a "normal" stamp and puts a twist on it!

    Lol, Plug away, there are some great designs, I will have a proper look through and will be nabbing some soon.Are laser printers better for crafting than inkjet??

      I have an inkjet printer (canon)and I have no problems with bleeding. I use copic markers to colour my images. I love digital images because you can size them to fit your needs, rotate them, group a bunch of different images together, and they always print perfectly.

    ROTFLMAO! I LOVE it! Thanks for joining us again for MM at HDH. xxD Oh, and I don't really think it matters on the printer, although some say inkjet sometimes bleeds if you're using Copics, but can be fixed if you heat set the image before coloring. I have a laser and have no probs.

    Hi Mark, great to see you back again and with a great alteration of ML. I'm sure this is how it's supposed to look :D.
    I use an inkjet and have no problems with promarkers which are the slightly cheaper alternative to copics here in UK. I don't even need to heat set. I think the paper you use is more important. Rymans and the papeterie are 2 sources that I know are good.
