Haunted Design House Challenge

This week over at the Haunted Design House the challenge is 'perplexing pigments'
the idea is to create something gothic/horror/cute lol. but using the colours Black, Purple, Teal and Lime Green.
I made a tag this week using a new stamp I have from the Octapode Factory a great corpse bride Zombie thing.I used distress inks as water colours and painted the lovely couple, coloured the tag in citrus green alcohol ink and stamped with the cob webs from Tim Holtz's Halloween set. I added a spider charm stained with purple alcohol ink and added the sentiment LOVE. well they are getting married after all.  I guess real love IS forever ;)

Thanks for looking, Mark.

  3. Hi Mark, I love your tag, those Octopode stamps are so much fun, love the colours you have used and it still looks spooky with them! Love the spider charm too. Distress inks are just the best thing ever invented I think, the new summer colours are a bit in your face but I still have to have them! No Mr Linky yet, but Happy WOYWW, Anne

  5. Mark, I saw your comment on my blog and I have to tell you I have my HDH planned out in my head but I am am having trouble trying to figure out how I am going to do the bg without alchol inks - I almost have it...

Dudetime Doodles has a freebie image challenge going on starting today and the image is a toilet (I am a guest designer this month). I was just thinking that you could do something amazing with that toilet with your awesome style. I could just see that image all grunged up and scary looking - maybe a spider or two coming out. I may try to do play with it and I think you should too.
