De Stempelwinkel - Wooden Heart

 

Morning, I hope you are all enjoying a good start to your year? Still chaos here but slowly, slowly things are getting back to normal, I still need to lay the craft room floor before I can really get all my goodies unpacked.

I have a little make over at De Stempelwinkel  today using the new Decoart Media Misters. These are Acrylic misters rather than the water based ink misters and I love them, very quick, great coverage, they sit on top of your surface rather than being absorbed, they will not be reactive with water or a varnish like the ink misters and the colour will not leach into products like modelling pastes.You can build up the colours and get the speckled look that you can not achieve with the ink misters.

De stempelwinkel matte medium step by step

Happy new year everyone and thank you for stopping by.sorry for the abscence recently but finally we are in our new hous, we moved in on xmas eve in the end and its chaos here, everything is still in boxes and we are dodging builders whilst they finish all the work.

 Over at De Stempelwinkel this year we are trying some new things, firstly our new challenge blog, you can find it HERE. (Once I get to a computer I'll add links, the app won't let me) 

On the first of the month we are doing away with the calendar pages and will be brining you different step by steps. Today I'm sharing a quick matte medium resist technique on a couple of swatches for my little swatch book that I found the other day.

It would be great to see you over there and or taking part in our new challenges, they start tomorrow with an anything goes theme.

Again. Happy new year and thank you all so much for the support you have given me. I'm excited for my crafty year to begin, I'm lucky enough to have the opportunity to be traveling around a little this year and am booked in to lots of new shops for my classes, I hope I get the chance to meet some of you along the way.
